The program is paid by using your Amazon Career Choice program benefits for those who qualify. The program is available to all Level 1–4 blue badge regular (full-time, part time, or reduced time) employees who have been employed with Amazon for at least 1 year.

Open your Amazon A-Z app, Select “Foundations”, click on “Read more”, and select EnGen for the English Language schools available.

Yes, to renew your 3-month license you must make a new tuition payment request on your Amazon A-Z app.

Once you apply for an EnGen program, speak to a coach and complete the voucher process on Career Choice. You will then receive an activation email to access EnGen on the next course start date.
