About Us

EnGen is a leading web and mobile-based English learning platform that provides personalized, career and skills-based language instruction to employers, educational institutions, and workforce development initiatives in the United States and Canada. Our approach is steeped in 30 years of scientific research, and our patented product is built with cutting-edge technology that enables us to dynamically create career and skills learning pathways from everyday media content. EnGen has been proven effective - both in the lab and in the wild - which is no small feat for a digital education company. We are tackling a tough problem, but that’s okay; we love tough problems, and you should too.

This is a rare opportunity to work with a talented team to build a high-growth company in a multi-billion dollar market currently served by old-school book publishers, non-scalable, face-to-face instruction and technology products built in the ‘80s.  We measure our success by how much we teach our students and how much value we deliver to our customers.  The market for English learning is ripe for change and we have a leadership team, board of directors, and investor base that is ready to support the company as we move from being a market-leading product to becoming the standard platform for language instruction in the U.S..

The best part for us is that we get to do all of this as a passionate, empathetic, collaborative team with awesome people whom we sincerely like.

EnGen’s Marketing team needs a proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented Enrollment Advisor to guide potential learners, who speak a wide range of languages, through the registration process.
