This month, EnGen celebrates five years of unlocking opportunity through English skills.

EnGen launched in November 2020 as a bold idea to solve a critical access issue: 1 in 10 working-age adults is an English learner, yet our systems serve just 2% of this high-potential but largely overlooked talent pool

Today, that idea has grown into a Certified B Corporation serving tens of thousands of working adults, empowering them with the English, literacy, and digital skills that open doors to new careers and greater economic mobility.
