  • The program is paid by using your Employer Education Benefits provided by Bright Horizons EdAssist. 

  • Complete the form in your employer’s intranet to use this benefit.

  • Yes, to renew your 6-month license you must make a new tuition payment request by completing the form in your employer’s intranet.

  • Email edassist@getengen.com or call 1-240-549-5864 with any questions

  • Once you submit your application for an EnGen program (complete the form above), speak to an enrollment advisor, and complete the form in your employer's intranet, you will receive an activation email to access EnGen.

  • EnGen personalizes an English training program for you based on your level, goals and interests. You improve your English on EnGen on our mobile app or a computer by doing short, real-world lessons that are relevant to your life and keep you motivated and engaged.

  • If you need help with your EdAssist application for EnGen or to register for EnGen, please contact us at edassist@getengen.com  or call 1-240-549-5864.

  • Yes. Teammates must submit an application for each six-month subscription (new enrollment or re-enrollment).

  • Website: You can submit and check the status of your applications 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the EdAssist portal linked on the Career Development Center, Educational Assistance Page.

    • You can submit a support ticket online by clicking “Support” from the top navigation bar. Support form

    • If you have a question or comment about a particular application, please use the application comments function to add notes directly on the application in question.

    • Phone: You can contact a Customer Service Representative 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, at 833-211-2710.

  • Please check with your employer about what, if anything, needs to be submitted at the completion of your EnGen license. 

    You can download a certificate that shows your performance summary, including your proficiency level in English and the minutes studied within a user-selected timeframe. Here's how:

    1. Click on the Performance tab at the top of your EnGen homepage.

    2. Click on My Level.

    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see your PA score.

    4. Click on your PA score.

    5. On the next page, click on Print Certificate to download your certificate.

  • It's easy to see when your access to the EnGen platform will expire. If you're using a computer, click on your initials in the top right corner of the EnGen homepage. Then click on "Profile". Next to "Account Status" you will see the date that your subscription ends. This is the date when your access to the platform expires. 

    If you need assistance with re-enrolling in EnGen, please contact ENGEN via email at edassist@getengen.com, by phone at 1-240-549-5864.

  • After entering your application details, you will be notified on the EdAssist webpage and by an email sent to your email account that your application has been received.

    We also encourage you to monitor the status of your application the Career Development Center, Educational Assistance Page

    You will receive a system-generated email sent to your email account whenever your application status changes.

  • Please check with your employer and or EdAssist regarding any specific requirements for repayment.

  • Talk with your EnGen coach to determine how you are working toward your goal. You will decide together whether you should re-enroll.

  • We encourage all our teammates to maintain their subscriptions until they automatically expire at the end of 6 months. By keeping your subscription active, you can return at any time without needing to submit a new application.
