EnGen is an online learning platform benefit provided by Gap Inc. for those who want to improve their English skills. Participation in EnGen is voluntary and is not intended to provide you with job-related training. You can access the platform for free 24/7 through your computer, tablet or mobile phone. It is self-paced so you can manage your own schedule, and review content that is relevant for your personal and professional English learning goals.

The EnGen Program
Offers a certificate of completion with a certification of your English level.
EnGen Platform + Online Group Classes
You will have access to the platform for 6 months. This includes 8 group classes a month that can be taken live through your computer, tablet, or mobile device. These classes are tailored to your proficiency level. You will also have access to the EnGen platform which includes self-paced content, vocabulary review, pronunciation practice tool, and proficiency assessments. An EnGen coach will be available to help you along the way with platform usage, learning plans, and engagement. Participation is totally voluntary and is not intended to provide you with job-related training.

Once you are ready to enroll, fill out the registration form below.
Completing the registration means you are requesting to be enrolled in the platform and committing to using the platform on a weekly basis. As long as there is space, you will be automatically enrolled upon completing registration.

You will get an email every Sunday with your progress and tips on what to do next. This will help you stay on track with your EnGen program.
Participate in Group Coaching Sessions
You will be invited to coaching sessions where you will learn to navigate the platform, use the catalog, talk about your goals, and get your questions answered.

To participate in the program you must be a Gap Inc. employee at the Fishkill, Gallatin, Brampton, Fresno, Longview, Phoenix, or Groveport CECs and be an English language learner. Participation is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
