Retail Customer Service

This course introduces learners to the language necessary for working in retail. Learners will gain an understanding of how to assist customers, carry out common duties, and communicate with coworkers and managers about the store. At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Assist customers with finding and selecting products

  • Handle questions and complaints

  • Keep a store running smoothly by managing the cash register, stock, and inventory

  • Communicate with coworkers and management about company policies, training, and maintenance and security issues.
